If you have a problem with your order or need a refund, email me at the address below and I’ll get back to you ASAP. Usually within 12 hours, and always within 24.

For fastest results, do not go through the PayPal resolution center. That’ll be an exceptionally complicated, long drawn-out experience for both of us. Really, I don’t bite. Just send me an email and I’ll get you taken care of.



Some common concerns:

“I never received my ebook download link.”

I’m 99.99% certain it’s in your junk mail folder.

If you have Hotmail, I’m 500% certain it’s in your junk mail folder. (Sheesh, get it together, Hotmail!)

Please check your spam folder for an email titled, depending on which product you bought:

  • “I Got a Dog – What Was I Thinking? Purchase”
  • “Give Your Dog a Brain Purchase”
  • “3 Lost Dogs Ebook Bundle Purchase”

If you don’t find it, email me.

“My download link expired,” or
“My download link isn’t working,” or
“I accidentally purchased two copies of one book.”

No worries, that’s an easy fix. Email me.

When you email: include your last name and the email address you used for your order. No need to forward a receipt or confirmation.
